In Korea, cheap and convenient public transportation such as subways and buses are available every day, and delicious K-Food can be enjoyed anywhere.  Also, they are friendly to foreigners, and many international students have entered Korean broadcasting.

2. Part-time Job

You can work part-time 6 months after you enter Korea. You can get an hourly wage of about $7. You can study abroad while studying and working part-time.

3. Cheap Tuition and Dormitory Fees

Korean tuition and dormitory fees are cheaper than in Japan, and the cost of living is also cheaper.


4. Class Hours and Holidays

Classes are just 4 hours a day, so there is a lot of time to work part-time.

5. The Best Medical Insurance System in the World

South Korea has a highest level of medical system at a low cost, and the health insurance public corporation covers more than 70% of the cost for foreign students.

6. Tuition, Study Period, Study Time

• Tuition: Approximately $6,000 per year (depending on the school)

• Course Dates / Document Submission Period

- March semester: 8/1 ~ 12/31

- June semester: 10/1 ~ 3/31

- September semester: 2/1 ~ 6/30

- December semester: 5/1 ~ 9/30

• Study Time

- 4 hours a day (Monday-Friday)

- 10-week study + 2-week break pattern

• Class Size

- Normally about 10 to 20 people per class

7. Study Abroad Period

• Language Course

-Usually 1 to 2 years

-It is legally possible to study up to 2 years

-It depends on the semester.

• Study period by semester (for students going on to higher education)

-March semester: 1 or 2 years

-June semester: 1 year and 9 months

-September semester: 1 year and 6 months

-December semester: 1 year and 3 months

*Study period for students who do not go on to school (returning to the country, employment, marriage, etc.)

-You can decide for yourself: 1 or 2 years.


8. After Completing the Language Course

You can go on to a specialized university (two-year system), university, or graduate school.

Those who have an academic background of a specialized university (two years) or higher can find work in Korea.

9. Entering Korea and Living in the Country

We will guide you on things necessary for settlement in Korea, such as alien registration, medical insurance, opening a bank account, etc.

10. Basic Preparation Fund for Studying in Korea

• Tuition: Approximately $6,000 (depending on the school)

• Dormitory fee for 6 months: Approximately $2,00 ~ 2,500 (depending on the room type)

• Living expenses for 6 months: Approximately $2,000 ~ 3,000
