<Terms of Service>
Our Terms of Service apply to all services that are provided indirectly via smartphone, email, phone call, or social media, and can be modified if necessary. Unless otherwise specified, the software of this service, intellectual property rights, and all contents provided from the website are owned by us and the educational institution that provided the information. Unauthorized use or editing of our brand and content, in whole or in part, constitutes a serious infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and website rights).
<Related Laws and Dispute Resolution>
These Terms of Use may be translated from original English text into other languages. The translated Terms of Use are provided for convenience and users cannot claim any rights from them. <Cancellation Rules>
The cancellation policy of the contract on this website is as follows.
After the start date of a contract with us for advertisement,
If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund 50% of the amount paid regardless of the advertisement status.
If canceled after 15 days, the amount paid will not be refunded regardless of the advertisement status.
We count days based on the contract date. In addition, the date and timezone are based on the timezone of the client's location.
Cancellation notices must be sent via our official email (friendsschoolguide@gmail.com).
<Tuition Refund Policy>
If you cancel 14 days before the start of the course, 90% of the tuition will be refunded.
If you cancel 7 days before, 70% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
If you cancel 1 days before, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
No Refund for the cancellations made after the start date (including the start date).

当社の利用規約はスマートフォン、メール、電話、またはSNSなどを通して間接的に提供される全てのサービスに適用され、必要の際には修正する事が出来ます。当社のサイトにて当社から提供されたサービスを利用した場合は、下記に明示された利用規約(個人情報保護ポリシーを含む)に同意する事となります。
当社のサイトに掲載されているコンテンツとサービス、当社が提供する全ての情報は当社が所有、運営、提供し、当社と当社に情報を提供する教育機関との法律的な関係は別途の契約に基づいて存続します。各教育機関は当社に情報を提供する場合には事実に基づいた情報する事を原則とします。
<告知事項>
当社の利用規約に明示された規定及び法律の許容範囲内で当社は教育機関と消費者の間に紛争が発生した場合には当社はその法的当事者に該当しません。また、当社は教育機関が提供した情報、出版物、写真、動画などの資料に対する著作権の紛争に対して法的責任を取りません。
<知的財産権>
別途で明示しない限り当サービスのソフトウェア及び知的財産権、ウェブサイトより提供される全てのコンテンツは当社及びその情報を提供した教育機関が所有します。当社のブランドとコンテンツを全体または部分的に無断で使用、編集した場合は当社の知的財産権(著作権、ウェブサイトの権利を含む)に対する重大な侵害行為として見なされます。
<関連の法律、紛争の解決>
この利用規約は英文原本が他の言語に翻訳される場合があります。翻訳された利用規約は便利のために提供され、いかなる権利も主張出来ません。コンテンツ及びその利用に関する解釈、翻訳のエラーのよる紛争発生の時は英文の利用規約だけが法的効力を持つ事になります。利用規約は当社で変更告知する事が可能です。
<キャンセルな規定>
当サイトでの契約のキャンセル規定は次の通りです。
当社と広告の契約開始日後、
14日間以内にキャンセルした場合には広告の掲載とは関係なく支払った金額の50%を払い戻します。
15日以降にキャンセルした場合には実際の広告の掲載とは関係なく支払った金額は払い戻し出来ません。
広告契約日に基づいて日付を計算します。また、日付と時間の基準は広告契約を行ったクライアント様の国の時間を基準にします。
キャンセルの通知は必ず当社の公式メール(friendsschoolguide@gmail.com)を通さなければなりません。
<授業料返金ポリシー>
授業開始の14日前にキャンセルした場合、授業料の90％が返金されます。
7日前にキャンセルした場合、授業料の70％が返金されます。
1日前にキャンセルした場合、授業料の50％が返金されます。
開始日（開始日を含む）以降に行われたキャンセルでの払い戻しはありません。
